Daniel’s journey took him to the Netherlands, where he partnered with North American companies entering the European market. There, he developed a deep understanding of how business culture varies across Europe — how German precision differs from Dutch pragmatism, or how Southern European markets approach partnerships differently from Northern ones. These insights, combined with hands-on experience, gave Daniel the ability to navigate complexity and find opportunity across borders.

During this time, he also built a trusted pan-European network of 3PL providers, HR and compliance specialists, and local advisors, ensuring that international businesses could scale quickly with the right support in place. His work extended beyond sales — he became skilled in market analysis, positioning strategies, and marketing execution, helping companies both enter and establish themselves successfully.

One key insight stood out:
